If Your Dog is Unpredictable or Hard to Manage,
You’re Not Alone

  • You recently adopted a rescue dog and want to start off right

  • Your dog has unknown history or inconsistent behavior

  • Your dog pulls, barks, or reacts on walks

  • You want better obedience and reliability at home and in public

  • You’ve tried training before but didn’t get lasting results

We can help you create clarity, structure, and calm behavior.

Why We're Different

Our clients range from new rescue dog owners to those who have tried other trainers without success. We focus on practical, real-life behavior changes — not just basic commands.

We work with dogs of all backgrounds and temperaments, helping owners build clear communication, control, and trust.

What Sets us Apart:

  • Experienced with rescue dogs adjusting to new homes

  • Skilled with strong and high-drive breeds

  • Capable with more challenging behavior, including reactivity

  • Focused on results you can rely on every day, for the life of the dog

Our Clients Say

We purchased a 12 week old Labrador Retriever in Feb 2024. After bringing him home we did significant research to find a local trainer who would guide us in developing our new pup into a model citizen. We were impressed with the recommendations of Steve/Wes with Canine Classroom and reached out to them. Our boy is now eight months old and is a joy to be around.

Steve/Wes have provided us with the guidance and tools we need to ensure Tucker becomes the well-mannered companion we had hoped he’d be. Full disclosure…you get out of the training what you put into it. The exercises are simple and are well explained/demonstrated to make them simple and easy to replicate. We can see the difference if we aren’t diligent with this. However, that is on us, not due to Steve/Wes not providing the guidance/support/tools.
We highly recommend Canine Classroom (Steve/Wes) if you are looking for top-notch trainers.
