The conclusion of any dog training session should always include praise, as this leads to immediate results. Always end the training session on a positive note by allowing the dog to complete a command correctly, even if it is a simple one like ‘sit.’ The praise and reward should be exaggerated rather than subdued.

Why Choose a Qualified Trainer?
Choosing a qualified dog trainer is not an easy task. Many people have taken a few online courses, read a few books, or watched videos and consider themselves "certified dog trainers." They may even carry a card that says "Certified Dog Trainer." However, there is no uniform certification for dog trainers. Many different dog training courses provide their own certification, but no nationally recognized system has been established. Puppy Training
Our puppy training program is designed for families who want to start their puppy off on the right paw. Puppy Training is for dogs at least 12 weeks old. You and your dog will learn puppy manners, potty training, and a foundation in obedience. We will make sure you have all the tools you need to have the best canine companion you could ask for.
Steve is an amazing trainer and knows so much information about dogs. He has an answer to every problem that I have with my wild (undomesticated) Carolina puppy. The program is easily digestible with an action plan once a week to work on. I went in 2 months ago almost in tears not able to control my dog, to her being calm and well behaved so quickly. I’d recommend this to any dog owner needing to train their dogs or puppies!
